I wanted to share with you some great procedural videos available
from the New England Journal of Medicine. You can access the journal
for free from the university library or most hospitals, but I have
uploaded some that I thought might be helpful. These videos, in my
opinion, are fantastic. They really go step by step on how to do most
of the common procedures. I highlighted a few that I know you will be
seeing in the ER fairly frequently. For me, I often watched the video
and then would say to the attending, "ive seen it done" before. This
is usually sufficient for them to allow you try it yourself. So, here
