I’ve uploaded 48 more sessions from Topics in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Volumes 2 and 3, from 1999 and 2000.  They are shrunk to 32 kbps and each 45 minute session is no larger than 10.5MB.

This is with permission of the authors and owners of the company, Brent King and Chris King.  I will try to upload Volume 4 before I leave town for a series of talks in San Antonio, Athens, Beirut, and Buenos Aires over the next few weeks.

If you have a cable connection and can do fast downloads, the whole series is available as four ZIP files of about 220 MB each.  Total: 96 sessions, each about 45 minutes.
