Having problems with message search?
We do a company level drill every month that is the same lesson
plan among the 6 member departments. Quarterly we train as a team in a
scenario based exercise (3 days in a row – 36 people a day).

I would like to find
out how other teams are currently conducting USAR team training.
Currently we have monthly training (which includes all agencies that make up
the team) that happens over 6 days and each month is a different
discipline. Does anyone do company level training?
