Please join GWish and Dr. Christina Puchalski as we welcome Frank Ostaseski back to DC! Frank will be holding a workshop, Grace in Dying, June 3-4 at the Marvin Center at George Washington University. Grace in Dying will introduce contemplative practices, transpersonal approaches and pragmatic tools that help us to reclaim the spiritual dimensions of dying and foster a more peaceful way of dying. These include concentration practices to stabilize the mind and body, ways of cultivating a calm and accepting presence, guided meditations on pain, methods for facilitating life review as an aid to discovering meaning, forgiveness practice, and rituals near and after death. To register and for more information, please visit the workshop website at: CEUs and CMEs are offered |
