Hundred-Fold Greater Risk of Osteonecrosis in HIV

HIV-positive people face a 100-fold greater risk of developing bone
death than the general population, according to a study completed by
the National Institutes of Health. The results, released online by
the University of Chicago Press, are to be published in the March 1
issue of Clinical Infectious Diseases.
