If you like the concept of Strength In Numbers and would like to help
us grow into an international force for fun and friendships (as well
as some love), we could use your help. SIN is of course free and
intends on remaining that way.

We'll be doing some regional fundraisers to get enough money together
to build our own online network much like Yahoo Groups, Friendster,
or even a smaller version of AOL. That way you can post an idea for
an outing on the town (like a movie, a hike, a bar night, etc.) and
then have other poz guys respond. Simple huh? No fees, no elected
group boards, just poz guys meeting for real and for fellowship.

We also hope to add on user-friendly resource guides for cities
around the country and around the world as well as updated calendars
of poz-related events in each area. It will be one-stop shopping
finally for HIV+ guys and their friends. You can help with that by
adding poz-related events to the Calendar sections of each Yahoo
Group and by adding links to the Links section. Help put a face with
the name by uploading your photo to the Photos section and make sure
to include your Yahoo Profile or email address. There's also a Chat
feature.

The best thing you can do to help SIN is by spreading the word about
us. Tell your friends, doctors, agencies. Post our web site or
Yahoo Group addresses on other sites. Word of mouth is the best way
for a grass-roots movement like this to take hold. SIN is simply an
online network. No political or social statements. No
administrative officials. No costs. Just fun!
