for rent. Your, housemates would be me and three friendly cats.
There is no smoking in the house but you're welcome to smoke outside.
I am asking is $325 per month and a third of the electric and gas with
a deposit of $250 this is negotiable. The majority of the house is
furnished but the bedroom I am offering is not.
