And who said Salt Lake City didn't know how to SIN? You guys are
amazing. Thank you Jon so much for helping get the ball rolling.
Just keep having fun and planning casual and comfortable outings and
potlucks, that's the secret.
The very first SIN potluck here in LA did get 60, which sounds big,
but in comparison there are probably over 50,000 HIV+ gay men in this
town alone! Now the SIN LA chapter is over 700 guys! I think Salt
Lake could out do us for sure! Why not?!
Again, I'm so proud of the hard work that Jon is doing and frankly
the courage and strength of everyone else in SIN-SLC who are reaching
out to make new friendships and help build a healthy and sustained
support system for other poz guys just like them. You are all part
of the effort, just by joining the Group.
Keep up the great work and keep having fun! We'll just have to plan
a big ski trip to Salt Lake to join you guys. I hope you wouldn't
mind a bunch of poz studs from around the country dropping in for a
weekend? They'll need some friendly locals to help keep them warm on
those cold winter nights!
Have a great weekend!
