Hey Studs of SIN,

We are looking for a few good men (and who isn't) to be group leads
for our various SIN chapters. The role of Chapter Captain includes:

>>> Helping to moderate the chapter's Yahoo Group (monitor postings)
>>> Updating the group and calendar on local HIV-related events and
workshops (and research that info as well)
>>> Answering questions for chapter members about how to use the
various features on Yahoo Groups
>>> Assisting members (as best you can) in getting info on local HIV
services
>>> Help organize local SIN group outings as much as possible
>>> Contact local HIV agencies to help get the word out about
Strength In Numbers as well as post info on local HIV websites or in
gay mags/cafes/bars, etc.

Being a Chapter Captain is a great way to make lots of new friends
and help out in your community. We're looking for dedicated,
outgoing, patient and fun-loving guys. Requires some comfort using
computer and Yahoo Groups.

When SIN launches its own online system later in the year, we'll help
train you on that system and you'll be instrumental in helping
develop it as well. This is a great chance to be a part of an
amazing and exciting new movement, one that is bringing together poz
guys from around the world together to form strong support systems in
their own areas and network with guys from all over!
