Welcome to HSP's in the San Francisco Bay Area! Elaine N. Aron, Ph.D. writes about HSPs in her books “The Highly Sensitive Person” and “The Highly Sensitive Person in Love.” The only requirement to join this group is that you have read or are reading any of the books written by Dr. Aron on the topic of highly sensitive people.

This list has been created to provide a place where we can meaningfully relate and develop friendships with other HSP's while exploring what it is to be highly sensitive and to support one another as HSPs. SF_HSP_Group is closely modeled after HSPbook, an active, international discussion which is highly recommended. Any references to or materials from HSPbook are being used with permission.
