This group is for the communication among the participants of Santa Cruz Lyme Support Group.

The membership is open to those who meet the two criterion below:
1. A Lyme patient or a care-taker of a Lyme patient
2. The Lyme patient lives in Santa Cruz or attends Santa Cruz support group meeting.

Steps to join (and ignore this if you were already a member):

1. Click on the link for joining on this page and follow direction.
2. When you are asked the reason to join, state how you fit the qualification described above.
3. Your will receive an email asking for your qualification. If you've already given the answer in step 2 above, disregard it.
4. Wait for the notice email of the status of your membership. Once you are approved, you will start receiving email from this group.

You must communicate your qualification in this process. Otherwise, you will not be approved.
