Mayoral candidate and City Councilwoman Diane Cibrian, Councilman
John G. Clamp, and others (below) will address the Happy Neuter Year
Event on Jan. 3 (Sat.), 10am at Animal Care Services Dept. (4710 Hwy.
151). Please attend as we publicize the dog spay-neuter law
(effective Jan. 1) and the need for community compliance to prevent
births of homeless, unwanted animals.

The conference speakers include:

Lunch will include chili-dogs (with award-winning chili by Don Barnes
& Alice Strong), chips, cookies, and drinks (all food vegan).
Live Music will be by James Sidlo, Rowdy Mystics, & Lori Hinton.
T-Shirts designed specially for the event will be available ($5.00).
Adoptions of many beautiful dogs and cats will be offered at the
event.
A minimum donation of $5.00 will be requested at the door to help
cover the cost of the event.
