An Anxiety USA Affiliated Support Group.

Our purpose is to provide a safe and supportive environment for people with anxiety to get together, discuss and work on our condition, and help each other as best as we can.

Meetings take place at the First United Methodist Church at the Chicago Temple. It is located in the heart of "the Loop", or downtown Chicago, at 77 West Washington Street. It is directly across the street from Daley Plaza and the iconic Picasso sculpture. The church is located within easy reach by public transportation and Chicago Transit Authority buses. There is some free street parking on Sunday mornings, but drivers are urged to read the signs carefully to avoid tickets or towing.

WHEN: Every Sunday at 2 PM (please try to confirm your attendance at least a day in advance), so that you can be informed of any changes in the meeting time or in case of a meeting cancellation. You can confirm your attendance by either by posting a message on the group's website, via direct email or by calling one of the moderators by Saturday evening at the latest.
