TRY CONTACTING ex-med IN HEREFORD. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT MEDCINE IN REMOTE AREAS COURSE AND IF PASSED GETS YOU A CERTIFICATE FROM ROYAL COLLEGE OF SURGEONS...
This may sound picky but the original request was for first aid courses this seems more like a medic course which would require a certain amount of knowledge...
