hey there gary, i think it is a change for the good.... if you soak through 1 then 2 you will probably soak 3, 4 ,5.... pt is still bleeding he is just not...
The idea is that if you can't stop the bleeding after elevation and 2 sets of dressings to put on pressure, then you probably have the dressing in the wrong...
