At the hearing in September, apparently there were a few issues about the police
procedures that were used to have witnesses identify the driver of the van. The
hearing was needed to decide if the witnesses identification were tainted by
mishandled procedures. On September 30, the judge ruled that the police
procedures did not taint the identification. So this is good news and all of
the witnesses and their testimonies can be used at the trial.
Sucktober (October+suck) has arrived.
I'll be in NYC from Saturday to Monday for all those in that area.
