Here's the latest everyone:

We are set to meet on Monday, August 14 at 10AM in Erwin 23. Ren is
able to join us after all, although Kim Faber has to leave by 11, but
said we can continue discussions without her.

I asked about conference call possibilities, and haven't heard back. I
can't guarantee anything, but if people would like give me their phone
numbers, I can try to conference them in Monday morning.

For those who are in Rochester, I'm planning on leaving about 9AM, and
have room for 2 more, so if anyone wants to carpool, let me know.
