I really like the idea of the map....I think we can just put their location on (with so many Buff/Rochester people, we probably couldn't fit their names anywhere anyway!)

I am really bad with finances, so however you and Ren/Kim think we should distribute the award is fine by me.

As for who gets the award, I would really like it if we had some input on that. I don't know if we should set up specific criteria, let Ren and the department come up with the final two and then we give input on our choice. I know it sounds a bit picky but I really want the award to go to someone that exemplifies Lisa and her work.  It's just a thought.

Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing the outcome of this meeting. Thanks again for arranging and going.
