Hi Ellis!
I am new here and I have been reading you for awhile.
It sounds very interesting and inspiring what you guys are doing.
I am considering starting a rejuvenation program myself, but I have
no sources for the major hormone: HGH.
[Now you have a source. - Ellis]
I have read about scams from chinese providers and I don't really
know what to think or where can I get it since in my country it is
not legal (without prescription.)
I have read an article that says:
"There is a large body of scientific study on the effects of L-
arginine on growth hormone release. In fact, the administration
of a large dose of L-arginine is the standard test for the ability
of the pituitary to release growth hormone.
[The standard test for the ability of the pituitary to release
growth hormone is in fact the administration of INSULIN... but
this is done by lowering blood glucose to levels that are
not at all agreeable to the person on who the test is being
done on, and so the administration of L-arginine is the second
best choice, but HGH released with insulin is about 2 times more
with insulin (Insulin Tolerance Test, ITT) 23.4, than it is with
L-arginine, 11.6
I paste this:
"During standard conditions, peak GH response was higher in the
ITT compared to the Arg test in the control group
(23.4 +/- 3.6 mU/l vs 11.6 +/- 2.0 mU/l, P = 0.004)"
- Ellis]
(It is generally believed that L-arginine promotes HGH release
by inhibiting somatostatin).
[Whatever is "generally believed" I almost always think of
something different. I believe that perhaps L-arginine lowers
blood glucose and this causes the release of growth hormone.
That is the reason why insulin releases growth hormone, so
I think that might also be the reason why L-arginine releases
growth hormone, if it releases any at all. - Ellis]
L-arginine has many other benefits in addition to being a growth
hormone releaser.
[Which other benefit does L-arginine have, if not the ones caused
because it is a growth hormone releaser? - Ellis]
See the chapter of this manual on Arginine for additional
information about using arginine as a growth hormone releaser
and for safety warnings about the use of arginine."

What do you think?
[I think that it is like the Little League baseball (baseball
for children) compared to Major League baseball. It is the
same game, but a different dimension. Or it is like comparing
an Atari computer of 1982 with a computer with a Pentium 4
today. It is the same idea, but a different dimension. A
doctor would not use arginine to make a small child grow taller,
because it won't make him grow much taller if at all, fast enough.
You have to decide if you want to "feel good" or if you want
to "slow down or reverse" the aging process. There is no
substitute for injectable growth hormone. It is in a class by
itself, and nothing else comes close. - Ellis]
I have also read about DHEA raising testosterone levels in women
Based in your knowledge is that true?
[It might be. I am not very sure what DHEA does. I think it
raises testosterone levels in men, and it might have some other
benefits which I don't notice very much because I take growth
hormone and also testosterone and also EPO and also insulin,
so whatever benefit I get from DHEA is hidden. (but I take it.)
On the note of DHEA... It is possible and even probable that
with a new legislation that passed both houses in the United
States, the F.D.A. has gotten MORE POWER to regulate and control
vitamins and products which are sold in natural food stores...
and one of the products that I think is going to end up being
regulated (ie, will require a prescription) is going to be DHEA...
So... enjoy it while you can, because I think it will become very
difficult or expensive to get DHEA a year or two from now.
- Ellis]
Thanks in advance!
[By your e-mail I THINK you are in Spain. Assuming that you are
in Spain, you can probably contact Dr. Belzuzarri, who is an
anti-aging doctor in Spain who I think prescribes HGH if you merit
having it, and so there must be other anti-aging doctors in
Spain. Dr. Thiery Hertoghe is in Belgium. Growth hormone is
manufactured in France and Italy, so it is not that growth hormone
is illegal in Europe...
I know an old man in Spain who receives growth hormone in Gibraltar
and takes it back without any problem (I am not sure how he does
this...) Or you can receive HGH in England with no problem, or in
Switzerland. (long live Freedom!)
In any case, this is not something that I want to discuss how it
is done in detail on Rejuvenation. It can be done legally, but
there are easier and more difficult ways to do it.
Write to me to etoussier(at)yahoo.com (Subject: Rejuvenation
subscriber) and I will answer in an encrypted letter for your
eyes only.
Where there is a will there is a way... it just is more expensive...
