Why does every one seem to forget about the answer to
a problem that's already been solved in the past, when
it reappears again later? At any rate, in the past when
several people talked about this problem most were
alleviated with a single 200 mg b-6 once a day.

[Hello Frank. You are right. Vitamin B-6, and also
Vitamin B-12 and vitamin B complex are good for
pain in the hands, especially when starting HGH...
