I am a 47 year old male in good shape, but need to gain some
weight.
I've been a hardgainer all of my life and would like to add
some more mass. Any suggestions?
[I don't know what "a hardgainer" is... If you want to go UP
in weight and muscle mass, the obvious advice is for you to eat
A LOT of PROTEIN, and take testosterone and human growth hormone,
and do a lot of resistance exercise (weight lifting, etc.)
but... I'm not an expert on what you are asking... Can anybody
