HGH dosing question: 4 days on and 3 off?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #9617 of 10281 |
Is this a good schedual to keep? HGH 4 days ON and 3 days OFF...

Is 3 days off too much?

Ellis: [Nobody really knows for sure. I prefer 7 days ON and
zero days OFF, and I get good results with it... but I know people
who take HGH 4 days per week and 3 days off with good results. I
suppose it depends on your budget, on your dose, on your age, and
on how badly you need HGH to begin with...

If you are going to take HGH 4 days per week, and not take HGH 3
days per week, I would prefer to take it Monday, Wednesday, Friday,
and Sunday than to take it Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
and not take HGH on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (for example)...

Why? Again, nobody knows which is more correct... but I like
to keep IGF-1 at a steady high level... rather than at a higher
peak followed by lower valleys.

I see it like watering a flower pot. Which do you think is better
for the flower:

Water 4 days, then no water 3 days... or water every other day?

BIG DOC had an interesting way of getting the most "bang for
the buck"... He would use 3 iu HGH for 6 days, then not use it
for 6 days (during which time he would also cut down drastically
on carbs...) Read more about his protocol, here:

... This makes sense as far as having consistant igf-1 levels... but the main purpose for me taking 3 days off is so that my body doesn't shut down it's own...
