Dear Ellis - I have been out of touch for several months due
mainly to a surgeon "accidentally" poking a hole in my lung
in what would otherwise have been a fairly routine procedure.
I have been concerned about my own muscle weakness which has
been fairly recent so I read your message with considerable
interest. I will review your program again with this in mind.
Wishing you happy holidays and a great New Year. Ann
[Hello Ann... It is a pleasure to hear from you, and I hope
you have recovered from your poked lung. See my page about
Sarcopenia for MY anti sarcopenia plan, which is the only
plan that I think will work because it attempts to PREVENT
the loss of NEURONS...
http://www.rajeun.net/sarcopenia.html
As I explain on my page, the loss of muscles is due to the loss
of neurons... so to AVOID the loss of muscles you MUST AVOID
THE LOSS OF NEURONS... and to AVOID THE LOSS OF NEURONS you must
1. keep your blood glucose levels LOW... (perhaps with INSULIN)
2. keep your red blood cells level HIGH... (perhaps with EPO)
3. Eat sufficient protein, vitamins, minerals, etc.
4. Do proper exercise
5. Replace growth hormone, testosterone (or female hormones),
DHEA, Melatonin, and: insulin and EPO and thyroid if and when
necessary.
6. Hyperbaric Oxygen to prevent or repair loss of neurons...
(http://www.oceanhbo.com see case study 1 and 2...)
Deprenyl to prevent MAO-B, which will cause the loss of dopamine
producing brain cells, which will cause the loss of brain neurons...
7. EDTA chelation, to clean up circulatory system, so that
water, food, and oxygen can REACH every cell in the body,
especially neurons...
Thanks for writing, and Happy Holidays and a Happy New
Year to you too! May we meet at a party soon... - Ellis]
