HGH and Starting early   Message List

Hello,

My Name is Jason. I started researching HGH a year or so ago on the
internet and eventually saw Ellis's site which was really
encouraging. It all seems to make good sense to me and something
that I wanted to be a part of as soon as possible.

I recently started a daily regiment of HGH starting at .5IU working
my way up to 2 IU each evening. The clinic I'm involved with also
prescribed a low level cycle of testosterone products and supporting
medication to block estrogen etc. To make a long story short two and
a half weeks in I feel super human. I can't get tired and I'm
dropping fat overnight. I do not know how much of it is the HGH and
how much of it is the testosterone, though I suppose I'll soon find
out when I come off the anabolics.

I'm 36 years old and in fairly good shape for my age. The
information I have seen would suggest a year of HGH therapy can
reverse 10-20 years of aging.

[Not quite... you will look a little younger, in one year, but
I don't think you will look 10 to 20 years younger...

I think those figures come from the Daniel Rudman study, 1991,
which is what started this... dut 10 to 20 years younger in one
year is too much, in my opinion...

I am 61, and I think I look about 10 years younger, after using
HGH every day for 9 years. That is not BAD, but I don't think
I look 20 years younger.

But what I LOOK like, does not mean that I AM 10 years younger...

But... what I FEEL like... hmmm... even younger... - Ellis]

What can someone starting at the point I am expect to gain over the
course of that year? Clearly I won't look 16..

[No... you might "feel" more energy, and your skin might look
better, and you will probably lose some body fat and gain some
muscle... the rest is hard to tell... that includes, you sleep
more profoundly, you don't get sick as often or as severely as
before, your hair and nails grow thicker and faster, etc.
- Ellis]

Secondly, I have a theory regarding my skin. My skin is pretty good
too with some fine lines and wrinkles beginning to develop. This is
what I'm thinking

1. Electronic stimulation of the facial muscle to regenerated the
lower level of muscles that begin to atrophy and sag with time.

[What you have to do is : keep the underlying nerves, which
are the ones who control your facial muscles... for that you
need a good and clean circulatory system, preferably with lots
of red blood cells, and you need to keep your blood sugar low,
so you don't lose as many neurons.- Ellis]

2. Some sort of basic resurfacing be it micro dermabrasion or laser,
to both reduce the existing lines and stimulate new development
which I would think should be enhance by the HGH.

3. Botox to stabilize the facial muscles during the period in which
the new underlying material is being generated.

Does that seem extreme for my age...I'm just fascinated and want to
see how far I can turn back the clock and hold it there.

[Try it... try everything... Let us know what works. - Ellis]
