Remember that HGH has its strongest impact on your immune system,
even bringing your thymus back online, and this is our best weapon
against cancer. If HGH caused cancer, by now we'd be seeing many
new cases (that have not occurred). I'm squarely with Ellis on
this one.
HGH can help us fight cancer.
James R Hughes, MD
[Hello Dr. Hughes... I'm really glad to hear from you. Please
send us your contact information, so that persons from Rejuvenation
who want to consult with you can do so, and I can refer people who
are close to you (last I know it was Hilton Head Island...)
For those who don't know who is Dr. James R. Hughes, let me
tell you: He was the FIRST doctor who subscribed to Rejuvenation
8 years ago... I think he might have been Subscriber No.1...
Dr. Hughes TAUGHT me about growth hormone when I didn't know
if I should inject once a day or twice a day, or if I should
inject at night or in the morning... in other words, when I was
just learning, he was already very experienced. So... he is
one of the doctors with the MOST experience that I know, and
ALL his advice has always been PERFECT.
I think the single most important thing I learned from Dr. Hughes
is that I can shoot for a safe IGF-1 level between 350 and 500,
which later I used in debates, always giving Dr. Hughes advice
as my back up....
Dr. Cranton, also one of my very early teachers, says IGF-1 280,
but Dr. Cranton also says he thinks 2 iu is the optimum dose...
So in fact I am doing what both of my teachers suggested, and I
have had superb results with their advice since June 1998. I
increased my dose to 2 iu because it gave me an IGF-1 of about
500 (which has slowly crept up to about 550, and I leave it
there...)
Dr. Hughes, I would like to ask you :
About how many patients have you known who have taken
growth hormone, in your career?
How many patients do you know who have taken growth hormone
continuously for at least one year or more, and three years
or more, and five years or more?
Of these patients, how many have gotten cancer of any kind
after they began to use growth hormone?
If they had NOT taken growth hormone, how many of these
patients would have statistically been expected to get
any form of cancer, anyways, because of their age?
Could you put this together into a short report, so that
I can say for example "Dr. Hughes has had 1000 male patients
who used at least 1 iu of HGH for 5 years, from age
60 to 65... in this period 1 got prostate cancer... in this
same period, if they had not used growth hormone, 12 would
have been expected to get prostate cancer." (I made up the
figures of this example... but I think it would be about
right.
etc.
In fact these are figures that the American Academy of Anti
Aging Medicine should be asking all their members to accumulate
together.
I would love to hear a debate between Jay Olshansky and Thomas
Perls and Shlomo Melamed* on one side, vs. Dr. Hughes and
Dr. Cranton and Dr. Julio Garcia and Dr. Alan Mintz. I know
the doctors that have used growth hormone would accept to
be in such a debate, but I don't know if Jay Olshansky and
Thomas Perls and Shlomo Melamed* would accept to debate.
