True Rejuvenation

Jackson Liu: The mechanism of true biological rejuvenation
exist within us.

Ellis: [I agree, but every cell has to duplicate EXACTLY when
its time comes... and 100% of the cells have to duplicate.

If less than 100% of the cells do not duplicate, or
if some cells duplicate but there is an amino acid
missing when the time comes for it to duplicate, or if
the amino acid is there but it cannot get to where it is
needed because the circulatory system is blocked or slow,
then that cell suffers a CHANGE. Every change is BAD.

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and the body
needs protein every time it replaces a cell... That should be
a clue that we need to eat A LOT of protein, so that our
body has amino acids from the protein to replace cells.
Amino acids are like the letters of the alphabet, and protein
are like words. If an amino acid is missing, as if a letter
of the alphabet is missing, I can get by with a substitution,
or if I write the word without the missing letter.

For example, if the letter "w" is missing, I can write
"write" as "rite" and maybe you understand it, but it looks
a bit different and it IS a bit different. When it comes
time for "rite" to duplicate, it probably cannot get fixed
and duplicate with a "w", but maybe it can... in which case
the damage is repaired, but usually ANY CHANGE IS BAD.

We would like to duplicate 100% of the cells, 100% identical
to what they were before they duplicated...That would give us
an exact copy of ourselves through time. THAT is why I
EAT correctly, and I replace HGH, insulin, testosterone,
and EPO.

Every change, "changes" us from our beautiful crisp and
fresh look at age 17 to our more aged look as we get
older.

True biological rejuvenation might not be possible, but
some repair is possible... but it is enough to make true
biological senescence go SLOWER... and this can DEFINITELY
be done, without too much problem.

I am absolutely convinced that I am aging much slower than
my peers. I have seen in the mirror how much I have aged
since age 52 to nearly 61 and, at this rate, I will easily
get to age 70 in a much younger body. I don't even dare to
imagine how I will look at age 100 (because I am supposing
that I will get to age 100 unless I die in an accident or I
am poisoned, or there is a nuclear war that ends it all, etc.)
but I think I will look and feel much younger than other
"Centenarians" who don't do what I am doing.

Jackson Liu: A true 'reset' of biological clock that happens during
meiosis - process of cell division resulting gamets that
resets our biological clock and ready to develop into a
new/young individual when the gamete is fertilized with
another from the opposite sex.

Ellis: [That results in a new individual, so the species renews
itself... but I am interested in MY SELF not growing
older. - Ellis]

Jackson Liu: The mechanism is not 100% understood and the
technology to apply to an individual even when the mechanism is
understood is not yet mature;

[I am not a doctor, so I do not need to understand the
mechanism 100%. I understand it well enough that I am really
not growing older. There has been hardly any change in my
face in the past 20 years, from age 40 to 60. My body has
gotten bigger and more like it should have been when I was
younger. Tell me how many persons you know who can say that?

It is not ENOUGH to UNDERSTAND the mechanism. I can tell you
right now the single most important thing you must do is: Keep
your blood glucose under control... and it is not going to make
one bit of difference, because you will read it but you won't
actually DO it. I am actually DOING what I am saying I should
do, but I am not convincing many people to do what I do.

Another extremely important thing to do is to replace the
hormones that go down in our body with age, because the hormone
is the messenger, and without the messenger the message to repair
the body cannot get through. - Ellis]

However, there are numerous short cuts using similar
technology to achieve the result of true rejuvenation.

[Yes. But there are some basics too... we must EAT the
correct foods, or our body will be missing the raw material
when the moment comes that the cells are going to duplicate.
So... GOOD NUTRITION is fundamental, and doctors are not
in agreement to what is good nutrition. I have learned not
to listen to ANY doctor, I only listen to the glucose meter.
It is my ONLY guide to what to eat. (of course I also listen
to Dr. Bernstein, but what he says is borne out and proved to
me on the glucose meter. If there was a conflict between
what Dr. Bernstein says and the glucose meter, I would believe
the glucose meter. But there is no conflict, they agree.
- Ellis]

The question is how and when; and when is largely
depends on how good you financial situation is.

When would you like to find out the method of true
rejuvenation or when would you like the service of
true rejuvenation all depends on how much you may
afford the technology or service.

Comments?

[Whenever you are ready to tell us what are the methods that
you have for "true rejuvenation" we are ready to hear you... In
the meantime, you haven't told us anything very concrete...

You can read some of what I do, which is 8 points:

1. Correct Nutrition
2. Exercise
3. Vitamins and minerals
4. Care for the skin
5. clean out toxic metals and poisons
6. clean out parasites
7. replace hormones... I take "the Major Leagues" HGH, testosterone,
EPO, and insulin... each in the dose necesssary, when necessary.

And I also use the "minor leagues" DHEA, and melatonin. I am not
certain what the dose should be, and I am not certain what the
benefits are, but I take a dose that is recommended to me.

No offense meant, but from what you have said so far, unless you
are waiting to surprise us with your knowledge, I think I am
probably far ahead of you in actually applying anti aging
techniques to my own body... so you can learn from me... I have
no secrets to hold back from you... but I will be happy to learn
what you have to teach us, if you will explain what "true
rejuvenation" means and how to do it a little more clearly.
