Hello to the Group....
I recently joined and have been following the discussions with great
interest. I recently started some basic anti-aging therapy with my
physician. Currently, I am using Sodium Oxybate in two 2.25 gram
doses in the evening to aid in better restorative sleep and a better
"dump" of HGH. I also use 1 gram combined with 2-3 grams Glutamine
pre-workout which I believe has proven to be an excellent ergogenic
aid.
I'm already pretty lean / muscular and follow a good diet BF% is 8%
weight stays between 192-197lbs height 6ft, 4in cholesterol @227
HDL-94, LDL-133
The anti-aging with my doctor comes from my need to control blood
pressure and not wanting to resort to strong prescription meds to do
so. Currently I use cannabis for that purpose as an ingestible with
coconut oil. I live in southern California, so this is a legal
medical practice here. Our belief is that of any substances that are
both therapeutically active and very safe these two rank near the top.
He also asked me whether injectable HGH is something I would consider
but I explained that I really don't want to resort to any injectable
unless in a life threatening dire circumstance so the above mentioned
therapies are what I currently practice.
[Growing old IS "a life threatening dire circumstance" and you are
in the wrong forum, philosophically... You are welcome to stay, but
you should realize that this is precisely a forum to discuss the use
of injectible growth hormone and also other anti aging therapies,
except not secretagogues, which is what you are using. There is
nothing "wrong" with using secretagogues... they just are "minor
leagues" compared to using injectible growth hormone, because they
are less effective.
Your doctor suggested injectible growth hormone to you, but you said
"no"... so now I am telling you, think about it again, because
speaking from personal experience, your doctor is right. What I
mean by "minor leagues" is that if you use a secretagogue, you might
raise your IGF-1 a little, but you will not raise your IGF-1 anywhere
close to what you need to raise it to if you want to reverse the
aging process, which you might do if you use injectible growth
hormone...
And there is a direct relationship between the level of IGF-1 and the
benefits you get from growth hormone... so injectible growth hormone
is what you should use... Do not even think about "spray growth
hormone," or "homeopathic growth hormone," or anything else they
sell on the internet that is not injectible growth hormone, because
it isn't growth hormone, even if they say it is... The ONLY way to
take growth hormone, today, is still injectible growth hormone.
If you ever hear about injectible insulin, then you might hear about
injectible growth hormone after that, but not before, because insulin
is less than half as long as growth hormone, and it cannot be
taken by pills, gels, sprays, or any other way... and you will not
hear about "homeopathic insulin" because it would be quick death for
diabetics, just as homeopathic growth hormone is ineffective for
everybody... but since it does not result in QUICK death, they get
away with it. - Ellis]
Now for my question: Lately, I seem to be experiencing many more
pimple breakouts on my face than I can ever recall....is this a side
effect of increased hormone levels or just an unfortunate coincidence?
I fully realize that I 'm asking for you kind members to peer into
the "crystal ball", but I'm hoping that maybe someone on the list
might have some experiences that would apply here.
I've read pretty much all the archived messages as well.
[I don't know what is causing your outbreak of pimples... I don't
know which hormone might have increased with sodium oxybate or
glutamine, but I have never received feedback that growth hormone
caused anybody pimples... maybe DHEA, yes... testosterone, yes...
but not growth hormone.
There are nearly 10,000 archived messages... use the "find"
feature and look up "growth hormone" "DHEA" and "testosterone"...
Also read these pages, so you get a sense of how injectible HGH
is really a different dimension from other anti aging therapies:
