I see your point. Do you know how long GH levels stay
up after an injection?
[I don't really know how long GH levels stay up after an
injection, because I have never done a blood test for
GH levels. IGF-1 levels stay up quite a bit, for at least
the next day, then I think they drop slowly... take a look
at this page and interpret it yourself... I took 5 blood
tests for IGF-1 in 30 days, and you can see how it dropped
pretty fast the first few days but it continued dropping
for 30 days... so that means not ALL of the IGF-1 dropped
like a stone right away...

I also know how long blood glucose levels stay up after
eating... this depends on 1) Your particular pancreas
2) How high you made blood glucose levels go... the higher
blood glucose goes UP, the longer it takes for it to
come down again...
See the graph I drew on this page, this is based on thousands
of observations of my own blood glucose levels:

How many injections do you use per day?
[I take 2 iu per day, every day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks
per year, in one shot per day... I have taken this much in
this dose per injection for several years, and I am happy
with the results... SOMETIMES I take 3 iu per day, also in
one shot... but this is not often... SOMETIMES I take 3 iu
per day for several weeks, in my mind it is to "repair" my
body a little better... but this is not often, either.
I HAVE A FEELING that 3 iu is BETTER than 2 iu, because I
think the best dose is probably THE HIGHEST dose that we can
take without causing ANY side effects in the long run... but
I don't know which this dose is, and I don't want to find out
on my own body that I was overdosing... but I don't think
3 iu is an overdose, nor do I think it will cause any bad
side effects... I don't take it because there are not many
people taking 3 iu per day... HOWEVER... I have heard that
Dr. Braverman in New York prescribes 3 iu per day to some of
his patients, and this is interesting news to me. But
another reason why I don't take 3 iu is also because of the
cost, so for the moment I still take 2 iu. - Ellis]
Also, you haven't posted for a while. Is everything OK?
Maybe I missed something but I don't recall anything about
you being off of the forum for a while.
[I do that sometimes... Soon I hope we will have a new forum,
and I will be back more often when I know that the posts are
not getting erased by Yahoo. The new website is up already
but it still is getting more software and it is being
configured to work exactly as I want it to... but it is
going to be a fact, soon, I hope.
Don't unsubscribe from Rejuvenation because I don't come every
day, because I will subscribe everybody to the new forum without
cost, for at least 2 years, maybe more... And once it is a
membership site, with some people paying, I will be able to
afford to get professional help, so I expect this new website
is really going to rock! As I said before, it will be about
Rejuvenation, Diabetes and Diet... (that's just "show
business..." Call it whatever you will, it is really about
staying healthy for a longer time, no matter how you look at
it...) - Ellis]
