[Hello Randy... I am very glad to refer people to you, because I
know you and Dr. Elkin and I trust you both, as I do many of the

There are 500,000 doctors in the United States, and I don't know
most of them... Some of them have written to me to tell me how
bad and dangerous is everything I am doing... You have probably

have already made it to age 60 (next month) as a young man in a
