I just read this, and I thought it is of interest to this
group. We have never spoken of marijuana, or used
marijuana for anti aging purposes, but in any case I am
surprised that the use of marijuana for SICK PEOPLE was
ruled illegal by the Supreme Court.

I hope the U.S. Congress will pass a law permitting it,
but right now I doubt it will happen anytime soon.

Court Rules Against Pot for Sick People
AP - 2 hours, 8 minutes ago

WASHINGTON - Federal authorities may prosecute sick
people whose doctors prescribe marijuana to ease pain, the
Supreme Court ruled Monday, concluding that state laws don't
protect users from a federal ban on the drug. The decision is
a stinging defeat for marijuana advocates who had successfully
pushed 10 states to allow the drug's use to treat various
illnesses.
