Ellis, my doc has me on a testosterone cream which I apply each morning to
my neck, aprox 1/4 teaspoon. It provides a more natural supplementation

Also, A surplus of Test. can be converted to Estradiol. Your doc probably
knows this and can provide an aromatase inhibitor (Arimidex) to control this.
