Hello Ellis,

A few years ago I had a pancreatitis attack which almost killed me.
I had about 90% of my pancreatitis removed. When I had that surgery
I had splinosis at the time, and when the splinosis was exposed,
during surgery ,to the air, I developed about 12 little spleens.

Now, I have developed diabetes and I would like to use HGH to lose
weight and possibly help the other conditions as well. Could you
please give some suggestions and outline my risks.

Thanks,

Al

Ellis: Hello Al. First, I must say I am not a doctor, so I
don't know the answer to all your question because I don't even
know what is your problem... but it sounds pretty bad... you
developed 12 little spleens? Like a starfish develops new
arms, you developed 12 little spleens? I didn't know that the
spleen can develop new little spleens, and I don't know why it
would just because it is exposed to air...

And you had 90% of your pancreas removed? I never heard of this.
It seems like you lost 90% of a pretty important organ. I
suppose that you became diabetic because you lost 90% of your
pancreas... I didn't even know that you could lose 90% of your
pancreas and be alive... are you sure you lost 90% of your
pancreas?

In any case... final line is that you are diabetic and you would
like to take HGH to lose weight and possibly help other conditions
as well...

I have bad news for you: No doctor is going to give you a
prescription because they are all afraid (rightfully so...) that
your diabetes is going to advance with or without growth hormone,
and if they prescribe growth hormone to you they will be blamed
for having caused the worsening of your condition, if and when it
worsens... whether or not it was caused by growth hormone.

Your real problem is diabetes... and your real solution is
to eat very low carbohydrate foods, and to measure your blood
glucose very frequently and keep it controlled. What you really
need to do very urgently is to learn to control your blood
glucose very strictly... and since I suppose your pancreas is
not producing anywhere near enough insulin, you have to learn
to use insulin. My advice: find a doctor who is diabetic and
who takes insulin himself... your first goal is to control your
diabetes, that means: control your blood glucose... for a
non-diabetic I recommend 70 to 100, 24 hours a day... I cannot
tell you between what and what you should control your blood
glucose, because it will be much more difficult for you to
control your blood glucose than it is for me to control mine,
but this is what I consider to be IDEAL:

below 30 is Deathly
below 50 is Dangerously Low
50 is too low
60 is a bit too low
70 to 85 is perfect
100 is a bit too high
110 is too high
120 is Bad
140 is Terrible
160 is Horrible
180 is Deathly
200 and more is Attempted Suicide

You should try to have your blood glucose the same as it would
be for a non-diabetic... You might not do it, but that is your
goal.

Try to eat very low carb... and forget about growth hormone
for the moment. If you get your diabetes under strict
control, then I will tell you how to get a prescription for
growth hormone from a doctor in the U.S. But first you must
get your diabetes very well controlled, or no doctor will give
you a prescription for HGH.
