* * * What dose HGH do you recommend?   Message List

Hello Ellis,

Curtis: I am 57 years old, in very good physical condition (5'10"
and 185 pounds). How much would you recommend that I inject daily?

Ellis: My birth certificate is 64 years old... and I am a bit
taller than you, and I weigh about 180 lbs so we are about the
same height and weight... you are 57 and I am... 49... so you
are quite a bit older than I am... but that is not a problem,
we can fix that...

So we are about the same height and weight... If you would like
to be as young as I am, again, then do as I do... my dose is 2 iu
per day and I have taken 2 iu per day every single day for 11
years, except once that I stopped on purpose, and once that I
forgot to pack HGH with me when I travelled to Europe so I was
left without it. And the result is that I have been 49 years
old for the past 10 years...

So... play it by ear... take 2 iu for 2 weeks, then take 1 iu for
a few days and see how you like it, then take 3 iu for a few days
and see how you like it...

And it also has to do with the budget... if HGH cost 1 penny per iu,
I would probably increase my dose to 3 iu... but it doesn't cost 1
penny per iu, and I don't have that much money to spare, so my dose
is 2 iu per day.

There are also other hormones that you should think about learning to
use, but that comes after you get this part going well... start with
HGH, but start to learn about the other good hormones, because each
of them is a bit different, and they all pull in the same direction:
better health, and you will feel better and better.

Curtis: I was one of Dr. Chein's first patients. I actually shot
HGH for about a year, 15 years ago. I was in my early 40s and quite
frankly I did not notice any anti-aging or life improvement from
it with one exception:

I injected HGH for a while directly into my left ankle which I had
ruined by falling in a hole while running at night. The doctor who
treated me said it would always be weak with regular spraining due
to the fact "torn ligiments never fully go back". This turned out
to be bullshit as I completely reversed the damage with the HGH.

Ellis: One more doctor who says what he doesn't know, but he
says it anyways.

Good. I am glad you found something that your doctor didn't know.

But too bad you didn't continue to take HGH since 15 years ago...
If you can compare YOUR FACE now, with what it was 15 years ago,
and if it is not EXACTLY the same or better, then you understand
what growth hormone would have done for YOUR FACE.

Curtis: I also used a quarter grain of armour thyroid and rubbed a
testosterone cream on my scrotum (when Chein tested my blood, my
testosterone was almost zero). After a year Chein wrote to tell me
that it might be dangerous on my scrotum and that I should use it
on my inner thigh. That faux pas on his part was scary. However,
I have never had prostate problems and my PSA was recently around
1.

This combination of higher thyroid and testosterone had me like an
insane bull, often having up to 4 orgasms in one evening...

Ellis: Wow! Thyroid plus testosterone? Hey! I'm going to try
it. I WANT TO FEEL LIKE AN INSANE BULL. (I want to be an "Alfa
Macho Man...")

Curtis: I do not smoke nor drink and recently had lunch with friends
that I had not seen in 20 years. They all just freaked when they saw
me, exclaiming, "you look EXACTLY the same! You have not changed in
20 years."

I attribute that to good genes, working out daily and taking massive
quantities of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and specialty nutriceuticals
such as resveratrol for decades. I only use the herb tribulus for
my testosterone and recently had it at 1456 on my blood test.

Ellis: Wow! YOU are an Alfa Macho Man!

Curtis: The doctor asked me if I was injecting myself with
testosterone when he saw my results and started taking tribulus
himself.....

Ellis: Where do I get it?!! I want tribulus too!

Curtis: At 57 I am beginning to notice small things such as slightly
blurred vision. I have restarted my one hour a week in a hyperbaric
oxygen chamber and my vision was immediately crystal clear!

Ellis: Wow! Amazing! I know that hyperbaric oxygen is FANTASTIC
for the NERVOUS SYSTEM, but I didn't know it can restore vision so
fast... how many sessions did it take to restore your crystal clear
vision? I don't know how it did it, but whatever it did, it fixed
your vision, and that is great...

I will guess that there was probably something wrong with the nerves
that control focusing your vision, and hyperbaric oxygen helped to
fix them.

Curtis: The 79 year old engineer who built the chamber has logged
over 700 hours in it and as far as I know does nothing else for
anti-aging. He told me that he threw away his glasses several years
ago, his hair has grown back very thick and I watched him grab a
metal pipe that was stuck vertical in the ground. He lifted his
body parallel to the ground while holding the pipe... I do not
know anyone other than olympic gymnasts that could do that.

Anyway, the small aging signs are enough for me to now want to go
back on HGH.

Ellis: Those small aging signs are why you should have not stopped
taking HGH for all these years. It is easier to prevent the signs
of aging than to repair the signs of aging, but in any case, welcome
back to The Real Thing.

Curtis: I also take arimidex (my estrogen was 50) and a quarter
grain of armour thyroid. I will definitely be in contact with you
to reorder HGH and will want to get on Lantus soon. Thanks for
all of the good work! Sincerely, Curt Clemenson

Ellis: Thanks for writing... Stay in touch. - Ellis
