I don't know anybody who has suffered liver damage from low dose

But I will bet you that there might be a low dose (1-2 iu's per day)
GH user somewhere who drinks alcohol every day (beer, or a martini,
or a whiskey and soda, etc...) who might suffer liver damage and
who is now wondering whether his liver damage was caused by growth
