JBAFSOC: Mr. Toussier,

[Ellis: Please call me "Ellis"... "Mr. Toussier" reminds me that
my birth certificate is 63 years old! - Ellis]

JBAFSOC: I Have been searching the internet and can't find the answer.

My wife and I have been taking HGH for about 4 months now (1IU
a day). She is going in for a minor surgery and had a blood test
prior to the surgery.

They canceled her surgery cause her WBC count was high (14).
They took another blood test and now her Red blood cell count is high.

[Ellis: Please give me the numbers... Most doctors don't agree
with me on what is "high" and what is "low" and I don't agree
with them either... In any case, THEY are the ones who are
going to take the decision, and all I can do is tell you to
disagree with them, or to beg them to do the surgery if your
wife needs it.

I don't know what is "high" or "low" for white blood cells, so
I can't interpret it for you... but if white blood cells are high,
it could mean an infection somewhere, or it could be leukemia,
etc... But I know what is "high" for red blood cells... If hematocrit
is ABOVE 70% then I AGREE WITH THEM... If it is LESS THAN 60%
then I DON'T AGREE WITH THEM. If it is a bit higher than 60% then
I will suppose they know better than I do, but I still don't think
it is "dangerous"... but don't try to convince them.

If your wife SMOKES TOBACCO, then her red blood cell count might
be above 70% and she should stop smoking tobacco, and the doctors
are right... In any case, please LOOK at the test results and tell
me what it says. - Ellis]

JBAFSOC: I know that WB's fight infection. Neither of us have
been sick since taking HGH. It makes sense to me that maybe HGH
increases your WBC so that you are "ready" to fight any type of
infection that arises.

My questions is: Does HGH increase your White/Red blood cell count
to above "normal" ranges.

[Ellis: I don't know. I have never heard that it does, but I
don't know. Testosterone will raise Red blood cells... and
EPO will raise red blood cells... and Neupogen will raise white
blood cells... but I don't know if growth hormone will raise
red and/or white blood cells... It might... I'm not sure...

If a doctor or anybody else knows the answer, please tell us.
Thanks. - Ellis]

Thank you in advance for your response....J
