Julie: Hello Ellis,
That is truly a lovely song. It's from my time and era.
I hope your life is full of new adventures and that you
are happy.

Ellis: HELLO JULIE!
Wow! Julie Wheeler! You're still subscribed to Rejuvenation!
Julie was the SECOND PERSON who flew to Mexico to buy growth
hormone... that was in February, 1999... Growth hormone cost
$20 to $50 per iu in the U.S. and I could buy it for $8 per
iu in Mexico, in those days...
Americans were HOWLING because growth hormone MADE IN THE
U.S.A. was more expensive in the U.S. than in Mexico..
But the REASON why it is/was less expensive in Mexico is/was
because we could BUY IT in a pharmacy WITHOUT a prescription,
so DOCTORS in Mexico couldn't make it into a business: "I
have the franchise and the key to keep you alive and healthy,
so you will keep me in dough..."
I love good doctors, and I am all for doctors being RICH...
but HGH at $50 per iu because the doctor had to give his
approval so that somebody could have the privilege to buy
it, and then SOLD the growth hormone and controlled the
supply... it was a bit too much... Julie saved about $3000
by flying to Mexico, in those days...
When she came, Julie had a bad leg and was limping a bit...
FIVE MINUTES AFTER SHE TOOK HER FIRST SHOT OF GROWTH HORMONE
she said "I can feel it already... I feel better already..."
And a few minutes later WE WALKED ABOUT 8 BLOCKS to a
restaurant!!!
I remember that Julie said it was the FIRST TIME in many
years that she had walked "so much"... This was literally
LESS THAN 30 minutes after her FIRST DOSE OF GROWTH HORMONE.
Please, Julie, tell them I'm not exaggerating...
Julie also wrote me some letters AFTER she returned to the
U.S. which I put up on a page on the internet... so you can
read a bit about her trip to Mexico, in 1999, here:

Thanks for writing, Julie, and don't be so quiet for so long!
You are one of the pioneers of growth hormone therapy, you
can do A LOT to help people, and your story is truly out of
the ordinary. So...SPEAK UP! - Ellis

Subject: [Rejuvenation] Joan Baez: May You Stay Young Forever
Somebody sent me these lyrics to a song by Joan Baez...
I don't know which song it is, but it is perfect for
a theme song for Rejuvenation.
I will try to find the recording.
I wish the same to all of you. Of course she didn't
actually expect that we will manage to do it, but for
all of you who are doing it, congratulations, I hope
you will continue to have good health. - Ellis
==============
May God bless and keep you always,
May your wishes all come true,
May you always do for others
And let others do for you.
May you build a ladder to the stars
And climb on every rung,
May you stay forever young.
May you grow up to be righteous,
May you grow up to be true,
May you always know the truth
And see the lights surrounding you.
May you always be courageous,
Stand upright and be strong,
May you stay forever young,
May your hands always be busy,
May your feet always be swift,
May you have a strong foundation
When the winds of changes shift.
May your heart always be joyful,
May your song always be sung,
May you stay forever young,
- Joan Baez
