thank you for the few good chuckles interspersed in your very
thoughtful reply!

Marlys: Regarding the EDTA Chelation, You asked how I learned about
it. I saw it on TV back in 1984 and put it into my memory banks
for later...it's now "later" and so I decided after getting
pesticide poisoning and losing nearly 3/4 of my hair and being
thrown into a strange arthritic set of problems, figgered I better
get my butt down to Mexico and get the Chelation.

I picked my MD in MX by word of mouth, he came highly recommended.

Ellis: Well, let's give a good doctor a plug. Please give us
his name, and where is he, and how can somebody who wants EDTA
chelation find him?

Marlys: I have now had 14 treatments and have started cycling
(spinning bicycle) 3-4 times a week and doing weight bearing
exercises 3 days a week, plus ab and leg workouts.

I will get more serious about an actual "diet" once I get used
to this regimen. I've been doing the workouts a month now....

Marlys: Ellis, thanks for the link to Dr Cranton I will peruse
that site and truly appreciate your help!

Secondly, thanks for the info on the mineral replacement. They had
me purchase a bottle of Phamaceutical grade Minerals and told me to
take them 2xday... I'll be more diligent, especially now that I
know why they want me to take them!

Ok...Ellis, you mentioned I should be DRINKING MINERALS/VITAMINS?
Gotta recommendation there? Didn't know you could DRINK them?

Ellis: Yes, you can drink minerals, if they are in Dr. David
Rutolo's vitamins and minerals. They go by many names, I buy
them in Mexico as "Vitamicel" which means "micelized vitamins"...
It contains almost every good vitamin and minerals you can think
of, and it is made so that it is highly absorbable.


Ellis: You should also want to get your amalgams
removed from your teeth, if you had amalgams put
into your mouth by ignorant DENTISTS...

Marlys: I have only one amalgam left, I'll talk to my MD in MX for a
dental referral. He has a dentist upstairs from his clinic that I'll
probably go to. Gee, I hope he can get the thing out properly ;)

ELLIS: I wish I could COMPLAIN to the dentist who put amalgams
INTO my teeth, but that dummy is 6 feet under the
ground now... so the Complaint Department is CLOSED.
Marlys: Yes, the dentist that put the amalgams in my teeth is also
long gone. Oh, well, Im still here so I better get 'em out!

Marlys: PS just so you know: I have been on rHGH and HRT
for several years... Currently, I'm (62 yr, female)
just on HRT and chelation with light exercise and
working on the diet.

I will be getting more serious as time progresses.

start of my regime and then as time progresses...it might be fun for
us to have photos to share and watch our progress! Justa thought! I
will be making my own journal of my progress, now that the chelation
has cleared my foggy old mind up!
