Cynthia: I have a different type of tendinitis. I have found that
taking female hormones helps. And Capsaicin Cream applied directly
to the joint provides instant relief.

female hormones, and Capsaicin Cream. I looked up Capsaicin

What is capsaicin cream? Other names: cayenne pepper, chili
pepper, hot pepper, paprika, pimiento, red pepper

chili peppers. It's what gives chili peppers their kick.
Why do people use capsaicin cream? Capsaicin cream is primarily
used to relieve pain and itching. Conditions it is used for include:

Ellis: YES! Definitely try capsaicin cream. Chili peppers are
great for many things... and of course, having lived in Mexico
for 49 years, I am a devoted fan and eater of chili peppers.
Chili... it is good for the chili...
An Englishman to a Mexican, in a men's bathroom on a cold day:
"Pretty chili, ol' chap!"
"Oh?!!... Tank you! Tank you!"
Three stars for this post. - Ellis
