Dear Judy & Ellis,
Here is some female experience for you.
I have been following Ellis's estrogen cycling and HGH intake formula
( 12-4-12 DAYS) for the last 3 months of the 4 months of starting to
use HGH. I do not take estrogen.
I know something is working because I do not feel any worse. I have
only been taking .5 iu as my standard with minimal effects.
Minimal effects being quicker recovery times after excercising.
My immune system is up and I often get mistaken for 30. I am only 37
with young genes but I still take it as a compliment!
I would like to lean out more, so this week I have upped my intake
to .75 iu. I still plan to do my 12-4-12days of cycling the HGH
amounts.
I do notice on the days I switch from 4 days my one unit and up it
to one and a half units that I retain water almost immediatley. So
I up my salmon oil and green tea!
I am looking forward to seeing or hearing ( from those around me)how
HGH improves my life. A
Ellis: Hello A:
Ellis: Well, I am really glad to hear from somebody who is
following my 12-4-12 HGH "cycle"...
(Note: this is, divide your 28 day dose by 28... call that "one
unit"... take "ONE HALF UNIT" on days 1 to 12... take "ONE UNIT"
on days 13 to 16... take "ONE AND A HALF" units on days 17 to 28.
So... you take the same dose but you shift one half unit from your
high estrogen days to your high progesterone days. You do this
because WE THINK that estrogen interferes with the good results of
HGH on women.)
I just spoke with somebody else who is following this cycle...
to her surprise, her usual 29 day cycle was stretched to about
34 days... she didn't get her period as expected, so she
kept her dose at "one and a half" units HGH, on the assumption
that she is on her high progesterone days, so she should take
advantage to get better results from HGH.
I agreed with her: that is exactly what I think she should have
done.
As for water retention... I didn't know that salmon oil and
green tea help you to lose water... but remember that retaining
water is A GOOD THING. Your body LOSES WATER as you get older,
so retaining water is REVERSING a SIGN OF AGING.
And I think you probably LOOK better with a bit of water
retained, your skin simply looks better.
I am very glad to hear that what I proposed is being followed
by somebody, AND ALSO that you think you are getting good results
from my advice. Thanks for writing. - Ellis
