Can you tell me what would be the correct dosage for Arimidex,
and how often to take it? Thank you.


Ellis: Start with one half pill of Arimidex twice per week, or if
you are lazy like I am, take one pill every time you take a shot
of 200 mgs testosterone. Take the shot, take the pill...

Take your testosterone, and your Arimidex every week for about
three weeks, then on day 4 of week three go take a blood test and
check for "estradiol"... which is a type of estrogen...

You want estradiol to be LESS than 30 and MORE than 10. If it is
higher than 30, you need more Arimidex, if it is less than 10, you
need less Arimidex, so adjust the dose accordingly.

If you take more than one shot of 200 or 250 mgs of testosterone
per week, then take the blood test on a day that you do not
take the shot... or if you take 7 shots per week (as some crazy
body builders do...) then just take the blood test any day. But
as a rule of thumb to start with, take one pill of Arimidex for
each shot of 200 mgs. testosterone.

You are testing for estradiol, not for testosterone, so it doesn't
really matter when you injected testosterone... but take the blood
test at a midpoint if you can...
