Me again Ellis, I hope you are enjoying your time on your
exotic getaway!

I have a few concerns and questions:

1. Should I be regularily checking my blood for anything in paticular
using HGH?

Ellis: If you like to spend money, yes. If you don't like to
spend money, no. The only truly important tests are to catch
cancer before it is incurable, and to avoid diabetes, and to
avoid anemia and senility.

(Growth hormone will not cause cancer or diabetes... but
cancer is a very common disease, and diabetes is even more
common... And growth hormone gets blamed for causing cancer
and also diabetes, and it doesn't cause either one.

Cancer strikes one of three persons at some time in their
lifetime... why take growth hormone, and die of cancer if you
can take growth hormone and not die of cancer because you took
a blood test which detected it? And why get diabetes if you
can avoid diabetes?)

AZ: I was thinking of buying a glucose meter to monitor my blood
sugar.

Ellis: Stop thinking about it. Run to buy it. It is a
great thing to have. READ MY PAGES:

http://www.rajeun.net/glucose.html

http://www.rajeun.net/assess.html

AZ: Diabetes is in my family.

Ellis: "According to Ellis" diabetes does not run in the
family... You LEARN to have diabetes from your family... If
you unlearn how to eat spaghetti and bread and desserts, as
your mother and father showed you, then you will break out
of the vicious cycle and you will not get diabetes, or you
will not get diabetes as soon as you were going to.

MY MOTHER was a GREAT cook.... but if I had not stopped eating
delicious spaghetti, and delicious rice, and delicious potatoes,
and delicious desserts etc. before I became diabetic, by now
(age 63, soon) I would probably be diabetic and DOCTORS would say
that I inherited it from my parents...

I didn't INHERIT IT... I LEARNED it... and fortunately I also
un-learned it, before I became diabetic... So now I think I won't
become a diabetic very soon.

AZ: Its been 2 weeks and I am not sure if its physcological but i
am light headed and get mini panic-anxiety attacks, im thinking
due to morning injections .

Ellis: Check your blood glucose. It could be hypo-glycemia,
due to incorrect eating habits.

AZ: So I started eating breakfast prior to my injection. so far
it seems to be working.

Ellis: Eat protein of some kind for breakfast: eggs, chicken,
fish, cheese, yoghurt, etc.

AZ: You gave me a 28 day plan for estrogen and I'm getting better
results. So now my bottle lasts for 24 days( mixing 10cc's).

I was told it should be good for 20 days in the fridge ...what do
you think ...will it still be OK?

Ellis: Of course it will still be O.K. It will still be O.K.
2 months later, also. It is a MYTH that growth hormone is so
fragile...

But... I never heard of HGH that you mix with 10 cc's... in any
case, I suppose you are mixing with bacteriostatic water, in
which case it would literally last months, if you keep it in a
refrigerator.

AZ: I use 30 gauge BD needles. I do get bruising occasionally and
sometimes stinging from the product. Is this normal?

much thanks, AZ

Ellis: If you mean that occasionally you get a tiny drop of
blood when you inject, yes, this is normal. Sometimes stinging,
yes, this is normal. Stinging might be due to the cold temperature
of the HGH when you inject it, for example if you kept it in a
refrigerator.

Thanks for writing. - Ellis
