Beginners: if you are a beginner to reiki then please go through a good manual to start with, this will provide you a better understanding of reiki, a natural healing system.

Usui Reiki: if you haven’t received basic reiki attunements then please ask for level-1, 2 & Master attunements.

Other modalities: if you are interested in other modalities please feel free to post a formal request for attunements; if available you will get distant attunements.

Preparation: prepare yourself as you like, but a general & simple way is to sit in a relaxed posture, meditate, surrender to God, open your heart & intend to receive the particular attunement with love & light as a glad, free gift of Almighty. Please extend your gratitude to God & your gurus. After attunements increase water intake to detoxify, do self-healing & meditation. Never rush; when you feel ready only then ask for next attunement. Also, it's always better to complete one modality then go for next.
