Louise Heseltine's Egyptian Reiki Adventure!

2nd – 11th or 14th October 2006

Hi, I'm Louise and I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, (with Reiki
Evolution) and Complementary Therapist. A few months ago I went to
Egypt on holiday. It was absolutely fantastic. So I wondered if
you'd like to come next time...

Have you done Reiki 1, 2 or Masters?

Fancy a holiday to Egypt with other Reiki people?

Or perhaps you would like to learn Reiki and then join our trip to
help enhance your Reiki practice.

Our group will receive Attunements, Reiju Empowerments and
experience guided meditations at ancient sites, and in beautiful
gardens, make lots of new Reiki friends and share knowledge and
experiences.

Bookings are through Kuoni – winners of the "Worlds Leading Travel
Operator" award many times over. Flights are with Egypt Air. The
itinerary includes some beautiful, atmospheric hotels and a 4 night
Nile Cruise. We'll be guided by an Egyptologist who will accompany
us throughout the holiday, taking us to some of the most stunning
and magnificent sights in the world.

The tour begins in Aswan, where we will stay at the Old Cataract
Hotel, with its beautiful gardens and famous terrace where we can
sip afternoon tea while enjoying stunning views of the Nile, felucca
boats and desert beyond. Philae Island and felucca boat rides are on
offer here as well as the option to visit Abu Simbel.

We then board our cruise ship, with spacious sun decks for sunset
group meditation sessions, and a plunge pool. Sailing south to
Aswan, we visit more Temples on the way, enjoying a different pace
of life altogether as we cruise past desert landscapes and savor the
verdant banks of the Nile.

In Luxor we stay at the Old Winter Palace Hotel, which is full of
old world charm, boasts fantastic, spacious gardens, and sits on the
East bank of the Nile. Trips include Karnac and Luxor Temples and
the West Bank, with the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen
Hatshepsut. There is the option to take a hot air balloon ride over
the Valley of the Kings.

And for those who wish to extend their trip, Cairo beckons. 3 nights
in the historic Mena House Oberoi Hotel, with incredible views of
the pyramids across the gardens, and the opportunity to visit
Downtown Cairo, the Pyramids and Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum,
home to King Tutankhamun's treasures.

The Reiki...
As every day on the holiday will be different, our Reiki will slot
in as appropriate each day.

We will have Reiki gatherings at sunset, out of doors, to meditate
or use Reiki however we feel guided to at this powerful yet often
beautifully tranquil time of day. All the hotels have wonderful,
spacious gardens bursting with scent and colour, for us to meet for
Reiki sessions, and the cruise ship has a large sun deck with sun
loungers where we can `meet and treat'.

After dinner, we will relax over a drink or two, or meet for group
meditation, healing or discussion.

Depending on the balance of Reiki 1 people, Reiki 2's and Masters we
may sometimes split off into groups to do Reiki specific to our
level, so everyone can extend and enhance their skills and
understanding of the energy, however far their Reiki journey has
taken them.

We will have a healing book and add to it throughout the trip,
sending Reiki together to those in need. I personally would like to
make time for sending healing to our planet in these times of
tsunamis, earthquakes and other natural disasters. I hope you will
feel free to make any suggestions as we go as well. What would you
like to see included, Reiki-wise? We will try and include it as
appropriate. Suggestions of Reiki themes for group discussion will
also be welcomed.

For those interested in the wider world of complementary therapies,
or who are therapists themselves, some of our group members work in
other areas of therapy as well as Reiki – Reflexology, Aromatherapy,
Indian Head Massage, Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Technique,
Quantum Touch, Homeopathy and Bach flower remedies to name a few.

Reiki On Location:
There is always plenty to delight the senses in Egypt. On our
excursions, our Egyptologist guide will give an archeological talk
and take us round the site. Then, if you want to spend the time
looking around the temples or wherever we are, you can, or if you
want to meditate in a group or receive empowerments, you can do that
too.

Hotels we will be staying in:

Aswan - Old Cataract Hotel. Originally a Royal Palace, built in
1898. A stunning location for afternoon tea – the terrace overlooks
the Nile, felucca boats and desert beyond. Swimming pool and
beautiful gardens. The hotel radiates atmosphere and history from
every nook and cranny!

Cruise - Nile Beauty. Has a large sun deck and plunge pool, bar,
restaurant, lounge areas and dance floor. All cabins have air
conditioning, a shower, tv and fridge.

Luxor - Old Winter Palace. Very close to Luxor Temple, fabulous,
spacious gardens with a swimming pool. We will stay in the Garden
Pavilion wing.

Cairo - Mena House Oberoi at Giza. Cairo's most famous hotel.
Spectacular views of the pyramids across 40 acres of jasmine scented
gardens. There is a golf course, tennis courts and swimming pool.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. This is the
hotel for the optional Cairo part of the trip for those staying 11
days.

I want to come too!
Great! Drop me an email. My address is louise@..., and
I will forward on the dates, prices, a few more details and
information on how to book your place.

Also have a look on my web site, www.reiki-egypt.co.uk for more
information and photos of my trip to Egypt in 2005.

Places are now extremely limited, so please book immediately to
avoid disappointment.

I do hope you decide to join us!

Best wishes and Reiki,

Louise Heseltine
