Hundreds of thousands of survivors from the 7.6 earthquake that
rocked Kashmir and Pakistan remain without adequate food or shelter.

The official death toll to date accounts for 79,000 mortalities, yet
the U.N. has announced fears that the exceptionally meager emergency
response from the public and governments may soon result in the death
toll doubling.

"About 15,000 mountain settlements have yet to receive aid;
international relief is chaotic and underfunded; and hundreds of
thousands of survivors are at risk as the bitter Himalayan winter
approaches ... With three weeks before temperatures plummet and snow
starts to fall, everything they need for survival - tents, medical
care and helicopter transport - is in short supply ...

Yesterday in Ghanool, a remote settlement in North West Frontier
Province, about 200 desperate villagers fought each other when a mule
train arrived carrying milk, bread and biscuits. The chaotic scenes
prompted a helicopter that had been about to land and deliver more
supplies to turn away ...

Road access to some remote areas has been cut off. In a helicopter
trip up the Neelum Valley this week the Guardian saw long stretches
of road that had disappeared under landslides. Clearing them could
take months and is dangerous. In many areas continuous aftershocks -
there have been more than 750 since the quake - are causing fresh
rock slides ...

A shortage of tents is one of the most pressing issues. Most families
sleep under tin shelters fashioned from the remains of their homes.
Aid workers said some men were sleeping outside, leaving women and
children to share tents ...

Between 340,000 and 540,000 tents are needed according to the
International Organisation for Migration (IOM) that is coordinating
shelter. So far 122,000 have been delivered ...

Whereas the need for resource support is critical, so too is the need
for healing energy urgent and most required; not merely for the
people of the Middle East, yet for the entire planet and it's
inhabitant species.

New studies have shown that the total region of rainforest
deforestation in South America is double what was thought according
to the revelation of new satellite technology evidencing the
degradation caused by selective logging, the practice of removing a
few valuable trees here and there.

The world is suffering dreadful social and political chaos together
with immense ecological disaster that threatens the survival of all
flora and fauna within an ever increasingly short approaching moment.

Our work in performing TOP Emissions is of the utmost importance for
the Process of Planetary Regenesis scheduled with the closing of the
Custodial Pleiadian Orbit and Draconus/Ursa Major Usurpership.

The Time Space Interim of the Aleph Etz B'nai Yisrael is rapidly
approaching the Omega moment and is already in passage to the Alpha
moment of the Aleph Etz B'Nai Or.

Though we and some few others are attentuating our inter-personal
resonance with this process of ascension; the majority of humanity
remains largely unconscious and habitually entrenched in dissonance.

In the same moment as empowering our own evolutionary ascension

potentiated Reiki to the entire mitochrondrial substrata of the whole
world, including all species of flora and fauna, and furthermore
reforming the integrated Vajra Body of all thereof.

I call you thence, to recall your duty as Reiki Healers and your Soul
Pact to co-participate in the Plan of Redemption and Regenesis of
Earth according to the Will of the Eternal Mother-Father God YHWH.

Thereby and inasmuch, once again, to perform TOP Emissions, TOP Reiki
Crystal Grid Emissions and Kaballah Rosary implementation every day
with motivated loyalty and all the moreso during the Major Pleiadian
