(and welcome). You do not say where you are, but if you can get to
Birmingham or Coventry easily, there are two Reiki Share groups who would be
most
willing to see you, and help you get over this little stumbling block (you can
do
Reiki).

If either cities are suitable, drop me a mail and I will let you have the
addresses. They are held on the second Friday of the month (Birmingham) and the
last Friday in Coventry.
