earth energies ( outside on the grass somewhere) and draw them into
yourself to help you. If you feel an affinity with haematite, get a couple of
crystals, and sit with one in each hand for as long as feels right,every day,
for
this too will help to ground you. Eat well, and regularly, at least three times
a
day. Include meat in your diet if you can; - all these things are grounding.
Walk a bit in the fresh air every day, even if you feel tired; it stops your
energy
from stagnating in the body. Get enough sleep. Avoid people who drain you,
but keep up cheerful social contact. Check for vitamin deficiency, and if there
is a good all-round complementary practitioner near you, consult them to see
what remedy is best suited to you. These are just a few practical suggestions,
because the first step is to build yourself up physically, and then you will
begin to feel better mentally. I hope this helps a little. All the best with

Thank you for your reply and care.The treatment that made me ill was
received by me before i was ever initiated.Someone was doing healing on me
and it had an opposite effect.It left a strange pain travelling through my body
that was and wasn't physical at the same time.Now when i cant really
understand why im felling so drained,weak and my whole life is in a mess,i
started thinking that it may be to do with the last initiation.As you said i
could
have picked someone's personal energy.I dont know.I used to have this great
faith and trust in myself and in God and the Universe but i just feel empty
now.I have made some many stupid mistakes over the past year and lost the
trust of many people.Phisically i have been constantly ill.If that is not enough
two months ago i fell down the stairs hurting my back and yesterday
something happened to my neck that i can't move it.It sounds just ridiculous.I
have this funny feeling like something is wrong,but what?Love.Patricia.
