The world is at a chaotic climax, on the verge of political, social and
ecological disaster.

All Usui Reiki Masters of the Reiki Alliance, Reiki Association, Reiki Council,
Reiki Jin Kei Do, Reiki Federation, Reiki Network, Usui Shiki Ryoho, Usui Gendai
Reiho and Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai are respectfully called to join together in a
combined effort of global healing.

Thus far 620 members from the above-mentioned bodies have willingly joined the
Tora Or Project in a shared effort of DAILY planetary healing emissions.

In joining together to heal and enlighten the planet we honour Mikao Usui's
purpose.

By all combining our ability together as a unified force we generate an
unconquerable power of healing and enlightenment that the world greatly needs in
this time.

This global Reiki network is voluntary and not-for-profit.

It is not a school of Reiki nor does it intend to compete with any school or
network of Reiki.

It's singular purpose is to most powerfully effectuate Planetary Healing and
Enlightenment.

This project was inaugurated in May 2002 with the Celebration of the Birth of
Gautama Buddha and concurrently the same astronomical alignment that has not
occurred since the Birth of Jesus Christ.

In choosing to participate in the Tora Or Project you have risen beyond material
concerns of the ego and committed yourself to the mission of the Universal Soul.

You have risen to the greater role of Planetary Custodianship under the
authority and aid of the Most High Archangelic Orders of the Eternal
Mother-Father God YHWH.

You share the role of the Holy Sages that go beyond legal associations or
religion to become united in the purpose of the Universal Soul in nurturing the
growth and enlightenment of the world and beyond.

You have risen from a vague understanding of spiritual energy to enter into the
hallows of the Archangelic Orders to be educated and aided as regulators of the
Planetary Light Matrix.

During the daily performance of your TOP Emissions you shall progress to
experience a rapidly amplified stream of intelligence that passes through you,
merging with your being and thereby with the whole Planetary Light Matrix.

This Stream of Intelligence shall educate you in both conscious and unconscious
mechanisms such that the Wellspring of All Knowledge shall erupt from the core
of your being and throughout your cellular and auric structure.

Your entire genetic, cellular and auric structure shall begin to reform
according to the Gematria Seed of a Paradise Child of the Eternal Mother Father
YHWH.

Hitherto unknown thresholds of Reiki shall pass through you, merging with your
consciousness as it streams forth into the crystalline lattice of the world.

And thus too shall your conscious soul rise to hitherto unknown thresholds of
compassionate wisdom and knowledge.

In essence, the purpose of the Tora Or Project is as it's name suggests, to
project the Light of God's Law.

In beginning TOP Emissions, as detailed in the "Instructions" that are regularly
posted to TOP Members, the phrase "Torah Eser Sephiroth, Yahweh Shalom Shammah"
is declared to clarify the intention of the emission.

From Hebrew, this means "The Law that is the Sephiroth, the Peace of God is
there".

This is the Law of God projected as the Kabbalah, the inherent structure of all
creation.

Ka is the Light of the Soul.

Ba is the Light of the Body.

Allah is the One (Aleph), the Eternal Mother-Father God YHWH.

Thereby we state our intent to project the "Peace and Law of God".

Humanity was born as Children of God and as a seed becomes a tree so too is the
ultimate evolution of humanity to grow into the maturity of Co-Creator's with
the Eternal Mother-Father God YHWH.

Please note that when written vertically in Hebrew YHWH (actually YHVH) appears
in the form of a humanoid composed of flaming light.

In acknowledging one another, TOP Members say the phrase "Yahweh Shalom
Shammah".

Directly from Hebrew this means is:

"Peace of God is there"

A technique of Kabbalistic Gematria known as Temurah exists as a means of
encryption and decryption of Language of Light codes.

From this technique we see that:

Peace = a cead = A Seed

Hence it can be understood to say:

"A Seed of God is there"

Thus we can further see that "Torah Eser Sephiroth, Yahweh Shalom Shammah"
declares the intent to project the "Seed and Structure of God".

To say "Yahweh Shalom Shammah" to another being is to acknowledge the
"Peace/Seed of God" in them.

However, I feel you would further prosper from a Temuraic interpretation.

The Second Death, One with the Lamb of God

where one recognizes "Ashes to ashes, dust to dust" as the process of death.

The ashes signify the spirit and the dust the body.

ASH ASH then signifies the Second Death.

Quite interesting really.

Another way to look at it is:

ash = esh = she

Thus "ash ash" becomes "she she" or more precisely "she of she's" hence "the
lady of ladies" or the "Spirit of the Feminine" thus "the Holy Spirit"
(Shekinah).

We then have:

OM YAHWEH LAHM SHESHE (Shekinah)
=
One with the Father, Son(the Lamb) and Holy Spirit

Quite a beautiful phrase it is:

YAHWEH SHALOM SHAMMAH

All the more so when you realize that the Tibetan Word for REIKI (Universal Soul
Energy) is NAMSHE NUSHU (Universal Energy).

Are you starting to see a pattern?

It is called the Holy Trinity.

The Path of Reiki is the Path of the Holy Trinity.

The Father is the Masculine Omnipotent Source of the Energy.

The Holy Spirit is the Feminine Omnipresence of the Energy.

And you are the Child (CHRIST).

Many of you are aware that we are in the period of migration from the Age of
Pisces to the Age of Aquarius, a migration that is foretold in numerous ways
through equally numerous cultures.

This process is to be understood as the migration from the "reconnection" of God
and Earth to the "reunification" of God and Earth. In other words the migration
from the "remembrance" of the Unity of God and Earth to the "restoration" of the
Unity of God and Earth.

The return of this spiritual practice rediscovered by Mikao Usui plays a major
role in this process of planetary redemption.

I would ask that you go beyond concepts of religious borders and realize that
all share unity in aspiring to the Origin.

Thereby the Light Stream that ushers toward those aspiring of the Origin, though
perhaps appearing from an alternate angle of refraction, is nonetheless the one
body and origin of light.

From "The Book of Tokens":

"Men think they seek me,
But it is I who seek them.
No other seeker is there than myself,
And when I find mine own,
The pain of questing is at an end."

Mikao Usui sought the Light that would redeem the world.

That one Light answered the call of Yeshua the Christ and all other Holy Sages
who sought the Light to redeem the world.

For it is the Light of God that seeks the Sages and it is the Sages who grasp
the hook of the Fisher King.

Too many have trapped themself into the limitation of believing that Reiki is
strictly Buddhist/Daoist or for that matter that Christ is merely Christian,
Islamic or Jewish.

Too many have thwarted the purpose of Reiki by attempting to reduce it to a mere
legal association or monetarily profitable career in physical therapy.

They have failed to relinquish themself to the Soul of the Universe, they have
failed to appreciate the character and purpose of Reiki, they have failed to
become a Reiki Master.

You who have chosen to participate in the Tora Or Project, have the humility and
integrity to recognize and honour Reiki for it's real self.

As shown to you earlier, REIKI can be understood directly as the Universal Soul
Energy and cryptically as the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Spirit). Even
without the cryptographic utility one can see that Universal equates to the
Father, Soul to the Child and Energy to the Holy Spirit.

Yet I would ask that you go further and recognize that the Usui Master Symbol is
itself the Mark of the Lord and directly related to the Christ.

Dai Ko Myo is interpretted from Japanese to mean "Great Person Shining the Light
of the Sun and Moon".

It is a symbol signifying one who radiates the light of the sun and the moon, or
shall we say "One who emits the Light of the Son".

We can also see this again relates to the Holy Trinity as the "Great Person" is
the Father, the "Light of the Sun" is the Light of Christ and the "Light of the
Moon" is the Feminine Light and thereby the Holy Spirit.

As a calligraphic pictogram it depicts a humanoid atop a mountain from whence
streams a waterfall and river held by gates. The gates are the Sun and the Moon
though particular versions make it appear to be the Sun and Lightning.

This pictogram depicts the Ascension Pillar of the Kabbalah, that is also known
as the Pillar of Equilibrium or the Pillar of the Son (Child/Christ).

Rising from the Kingdom (Malkuth) the pillar reaches through the Moon (Yesod),
the Sun (Tipareth), the Hidden Cavern (Da'ath) to the Crown of Life (Kether).

This inner path of light gently streams as a River of Light whereas the outer
path of light brilliantly strikes as Lightning.

This perfectly correlates with the Dharma and Vajra Paths of Tibetan Buddhism.

We then look at the name of the symbol itself and we discover that Dai Ko Myo
equates to Da'ath Qoph Mem.

When you write Qopd Da'ath Mem in Hebrew and then rotate it 180deg it appears as
"LORd", hence "LORD".

Further, the numerical value of Qoph Da'ath Mem is 100, 40 and 4, hence 144.

I am sure you recognize the 144,000 of Christ.

I would have you realize then that this system of Reiki rediscovered by Mikao
Usui was born of the Light of Christ.

And so I have gathered you all to participate in the Plan of Christ, the Eternal
Mother-Father God YHWH's Plan of Redemption.

You are gathered to exponentially amplify your function and ability as healers
of humanity and the planet.

You are gathered to co-operate in the restoration of the Planetary Light Matrix
to Unity with the Eternal Mother-Father God YHWH.

You are gathered to regulate the reformation of the Planetary Light Matrix as a
Paradise Mansion World of God.

You are gathered to restructure the Personal Light Bodies of all Humanity as
Paradise Children of God.

You are gathered to achieve the Ultimacy of Planetary Healing and Enlightenment,
Unity with God.

And to this task I bid you.
