I am adding another mailing list! Refluxmoms5@onelist.com has just started.
We are filling these mailing lists up very, very quickly! HOORAY! If you
are overwelmed by the amount of mail on your list and would like to join a
new one--let me know.

Please, just a note regarding mail to the lists....

If you are writing to a specific person on the list with a comment or
specific question that doesn't need to be read by the whole list--PLEASE,
PLEASE send that kind of stuff directly to the person's email...not to the
whole list. This helps to cut down on the mail a bit and allows everyone to
enjoy their mailing list experience. <grin>
