Hi Guys,

I am so sad right know that I just had to write. Ryan started retching again
tonight. I just do not understand why things have gotten so bad when the last
round of test only a month ago were so positive. His behavior has been awful
today. Usually a sign of bad things to come. Thank God there was no school
(teacher planning day)

I took him to lunch and at dinner time he said that he was not hungry. About
ten minutes later he was complaining that his tummy was hurting. We gave him
some regalan and it seemed to help. About an hour and a half later I am
reading e-mail and he is standing near and I can hear the vomit coming up in
his throat. I told my DH that is sounded like he was going to vomit. Ten
minutes later he tells me he feels like he needs to vomit but can't. I
decided to let him sleep by me just in case. He falls asleep and I start to
hear him every twenty or so minuets retching in his sleep. Finally about ten
minutes ago I woke my DH and we gave him some more regalan. I hope it helps
so far so good.

We have a GI appointment on Wed and it cannot come to soon. I am really
scared to go to sleep because I am afraid he will start retching in his sleep
and aspirate. It just does not make any sense to me. Sorry this is long I
just needed to vent a little
