My son took Reglan for three days and he was rushed to the hospital from
school. It made his whole body contort up.....all his muscles in his body
starting drawing in ....even the muslces in his eyes....by the time his
friend found him in the bathroom..he could not walk and his eyes were fixed
rolled back into his head and his head was drawn up where his head was almost
backwards on him... His speech was slurred because his tongue could not
mover properly..His arms and legs were pulled inward. The nurs thought he
had broke his neck. It was so frightening for him. Once we got to the
hospital they put him on benedryl and he relaxed and was fine but tired in a
couple of hours. The Dr. said he had seen this common in adults taking
reglan but not in a child. so there are side effects.... Be careful. I
hope this never happens to any of you.... It was the most frightening
